As someone notorious for breaking build for months at a time I can only say: 
Yay!  Thank you Intevation.

One feature I'd like to request is a way to test builds _before_ pushing them 
to master.  I think handing out shell access to all comers may not be too 
desirable so I'd like to see some kind of web-based workflow, e.g. I push to a 
feature branch on git.kde.org, use some web-tool to trigger a build on that 
branch, then get emailed the dashboard link when it's done.  We probably 
wouldn't need this for all modules, but for the platform/frameworks modules 
where we have more os-based ifdefs this would be very useful.

I'll try join in as an observer, but it depends on where I am for workif I
