[KDE/Mac] Status of KDE 4.2.2 in MacPorts

Hi

So far I filed patches for following ports:

#19352 phonon
#19353 kdelibs4
#19494 kdepimlibs4
#19495 kdebase4
#19496 kdebase4-runtime

Except for kdelibs4 there is not much work needed other
than to update the version and checksum.
Although I didn't test each variants.
