[KDE/Mac] Status of KDE 4.2.2 in MacPorts

I've got macports commit rights too, so If you're too busy I could  
have a look this weekend and commit the changes (have to test them  
first though). The biggest problem with the 4.2.0 portfiles is, that  
4.2.0 has disappeared from KDE's mirrors so it would be nice to have  
this fixed ASAP.
