There are at least 2 patches related specifically to building Qt/Mac and
KDE on top of it that have been sent upstream, but not yet accepted:
0216-allow-isystem-for-headers.diff
0231-mac-plugins.diff
Also, this one is a Qt/Mac issue reported by one of the #kde-mac folks too:
0242-qclipboard-off-by-one.diff
Those, at least, should be included; the rest, not as big of a deal, but
generally qt-copy is half "things that aren't yet in a qt release" and
half "things trolltech would do differently". I'm not sure how to split
them out, but I would argue as much of the former should be included as
possible. :)
