Ah. 000.dmg is actually a dummy package that runs a script with user
permissions.
The script itself runs kbuildsycoca4. That will set up kde's mimetypes
if for some reason it doesn't happen automatically.

I've removed the link to the 20080922.dmg for now because it was imo
way too much work to get installed. the other dmgs are much easier and
don't require you to click through ~50 or so pkgs. :-) I'll reupload
in a saner format.
