[KDE/Mac] Copy/past from OS X to Kate and vice versa

Make sure you start kate with "open /path/to/kate.app", not by executing the 
binary in the bundle directly, otherwise the OSX facilitites such as the 
clipboard will not be used. Ran into the same issue with KMail, you see.
