[kde-linux] combinations for accented caracters

[Jethro Tull]

since i upgraded to kde4 I cannot anymore input the ê ë â ä î
ï ...letters in kde and its applications like kwrite and kword.
the input works correctly in firefox, OOo writer.

It seems the problems stands only for Qt programs.
