[kde-linux] More Kmail Akonadi Issues in SC4.4.1

Everything, in fact,works quite well!

As Kmail starts, I get a notification about akonadi not being able to access 
the outbox! I see nothing in the resources configuration that would touch 
outbox. Kmail is running off local MTA (exim4) and local imap server 
(dovecot).

After that, I get akonadi server starting.

Akonadiserver is loaded and active long before either of these notifications.
