Am a newbie to Kubuntu.
How does one find the Synaptic Pkg Mgr?
There is/was reference to it in Kubuntu Manual.

There are several things referenced in the Kubuntu Manual but no 
explanation of where/how to find/actuate the term described.
Does there exist, a glossary of terms and a picture directory for 
Kubuntu; if so , where?
If I can't find better help than the Kubuntu Manual then I'm going back 
to regular Ubuntu which I understand better.
