This could be one of those "obvious in hindsight" things you wonder how
you ever missed, but sometimes, you just have to ask, as it can be obvious
to everyone else, and to you in hindsight, but /only/ in hindsight. I'm
sure we've all been there.

Simply context/right-click on the menu icon , and choose menu editor.
There you go. Edit, add, delete, move around, to your heart's content!
=:^) Just remember to save when you're done, or it won't be changed.

(With the classic menu, the menu must be closed before right-clicking the
icon, as normally, only one menu can appear at a time, and one is already
open! It doesn't matter with kickoff as it's closer to a normal window,
not really a menu. Also in kickoff, you can context-click on the frame or
any of the bottom category icons too, tho not in the main menu area in the
center, but of course you don't have them to click on in classic menu
mode.)

Alternatively (and less I-should-have-figured-that-out!), the app name is
kmenuedit. You can run it from krunner, a konsole window, etc.

Maybe you want to try context-clicking on a few other things to see what
other interesting choices you might have missed? =:^)
