A bit more play with YaST Software Management on individual packages from
different repositories to see different options and general behavior before
major upgrade can help you a lot. For instance, if you check "RPM provide"
search option, in Software Management before you start search it will list you
all packages that have such file.

But, if you have missing package on KDE 4.3 install then most probably some
important repository is not available. There is no need to manually search and
install rpms. Just identify missing repository.

Specific to KDE 4.3 is that command line 'zypper dup' will do the same job
with lesser effort, after including KDE Factory repo in list of repositories,
then 1-click install. The reason is that YaST can see that you change the repo
and will ask you to manually resolve problem, and with a lot of packages you
have to click many times to allow YaST to use different repo to solve all. The
'zyppeer dup' does that automatically.
