[kde-linux] Locking widgets doesn't work correctly

Yes, this is correct. I was referring to the entire panel. I do not use 
a task manager either.

I did the test starting with a slimmed panel:

1. Removed everything from the panel except for (from left to right) 
Application Launcher widget, Show Desktop widget, all my application 
icons and the Lock/Logout widget. Locked widgets and restarted 
plasma-desktop
-> Panel layout stays unchanged

2. Added the Digital Clock widget and Device Notifier widget on the left 
of the Lock/Logout widget. Locked widgets and restarted plasma-desktop
-> Panel layout stays unchanged

3. Added spaces before the Application Launcher and before and after the 
Digital Clock. Locked widgets and restarted plasma-desktop
-> Spaces have changed their size a bit, but other from that panel 
layout stays unchanged !!! Even after restarting the computer, it's 
still ok!!!

So it looks like adding widgets individually did the trick?? The spaces 
don't keep the size that I want, but I can live with that.
