That's true.  They're more or less at the bottom of things now, however, 
and should improve from here.  They've done the taking apart and they 
have the infrastructure all cleaned up now, but they don't have all the 
trim and usability stuff (user-speak) put back together yet, thus the 
problems.  The parts are all there, they're just not all plumbed together 
yet using the new plan, so there's parts that are seriously broken, and 
others, not so much.
