Actually, no.  Intel cards are really badly hit.  There is a really 
interesting blog by an Intel developer about what the problems are, and what 
is being done to improve matters.  Unfortunately, at this moment I can't find 
the reference.  If I find it I'll post it here.

Definitely.  It makes much greater demands on the graphics cards.
