[kde-linux] Activity Task Manager Grouping And Switching

Don't know about KDE4 apps, but I've encountered a few Linux apps that 
would respond to Ctrl-Alt-character but not Alt-Ctrl-character. As if 
they were sensitive to the order in which the modifier keys are pressed.
