Hi,

I've been using Kmail's `external editor' feature since I made the
switch over to Linux as my Host O/S.. For me, I prefer using `emacs'

Currently, Kmail forces me to always use an `external editor' What
would be great is if Kmail could be enhanced to use a configurable
keyboard sequence to invoke an `external editor' This way for short
simple responses, spawning an external process wouldn't be necessary.

Cheers,
