[kde-linux] Can't get wireless to work

I believe you would get better answers about non-kde issues on the 
fedora-users mailing list.
You can subscribe to that list at URL

Since your problem is rather generic, it will not mater if the mailing 
list is for Fedora.
I do not know if kubuntu has a similar mailing list.
