[kde-linux] update notifier

yeah i have that checked and have been trying to diagnose it, finally 
decided to ask if it was just me or if anyone else was having this 
problem...

the notification icon seems to be working well as when i move/copy/save 
etc it appears and disappears... maybe one day it will just magically 
appear...
