[kde-linux] ksensors fan speed

I've ksensors setup in my Mandriva 2009 system. Voltages and temps look good 
and seem to agree with lm_sensors output.  The fan speed needle is pegged 
though and the speed shows to be 13500rpm which agrees with the output of 
lm_sensors. If the ideal speed is set to 14500 shouldn't the little dial 
indicator be below maxed out?
