[kde-linux] D-Bus does not work with KDE 4.2 or is it something else? UPDATE

My guess would be something else, though I don't have a precise idea either.
Maybe explicitly running kbuildsycoca4?
The described effects sound a bit like the config cache being created
on-demand when the context menu is requested.
