[kde-linux] KDE4- Konqueror - certificates management ?

Hi,

With kde3, you had a configuration option (systemsettings/konqueror) for 
certificates (something like Security/Crypto) but with kde4 (4.3.2 here) I 
don't find the(a similar) option anymore :-(

Is there with kleopatra ? I use some https sites but certificates are 
apparently not managed with this tool.

The only thing I found it is the file ksslcertificatemanager in 
/home/user/.kde4/share/config.

Question:
Where can I manage/see all certificates with 
KDE4/Konqueror/Systemsettings/other ?
