[kde-linux] Minor annoyance with Kmail

This is not really a problem, just annoying.  When I open a message with 
plain-text encoding, I get a full message window. But when I open an html 
message, the message window is short with the encoding window tall.

Yes, I can move the message window bottom frame down with the mouse but that 
becomes annoying fast.  Is there any way to save the window sizes?
