[kde-linux] Kopete and Konqueror Proxy

I have squid installed and Dansguardian running on my laptop. I have Konqueror 
set to use localhost:8080 to run through the filter for my web surfing. The 
problem is whenever I have the proxy enable, kopete no longer works. I have 
accounts with Yahoo, MSN and Google. The Google account usually still works 
but the Yahoo and MSN accounts will not connect. I can turn the proxy off in 
Konqueror and Kopete will connect again.

Is this a bug or expected?
