[kde-linux] icon knowledge request

Hi,
I'm trying to get icon paths or icon names for applications when I send
application name as Input.
I can get KDE's default theme information from
home/<user>/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals file. Also I know directories of
Icons but I want my program to reach these icons' names or paths of given
application dynamically. Does KDE have a config file or something like this
that keeps Application and Icon knowledge which matches applications and
their icons's names or paths.
