I finally installed a DVD burner (a Samsung model) in my server. I've 
burned a couple of CDs on it. It autoejects, autocloses - and verifies 
just fine.

On my laptop, with a Toshiba CDRW drive, if it autoejects, it will not 
verify.

Oh, well!
