[kde-linux] Kmenu moved

ok, so I right-click and removed the widget.
then I toom my mouse over to the far left, and right-click add widget, 
application launcher. It created it on the far right, to the right of the 
clock. no CTRL-click, alt-click will move it. the 2 right-click menus 
available-
Application Launcher settings
Panel settings
neither one has any move facility in it.
I tried adding another application launcher ( traditional ) and it showed up 
to the right of the other one.

is the some config file , ~/.kde/share/config/??? that you can remove to reset 
kde4 tray to default?
