[kde-linux] Installing KDE4 on Sid

Kmail for 4.0 is not there. When current kmail came up the first time when I 
tried getting kde4 up, the outgoing connections were deleted. So ... could 
not send any mail. I put them back, have run kmail in normal kde3.5.6 and in 
the messed kup kde4.0 attemp without further problems.

Some of these problems appear to be self-healing. A big example was that when 
the kmail outgoing clients were gone, so were most all the the kcmshell menu 
items for kcontrol. They are all back, just fine. No effort on my part. 
Someone tell me why?
