[kde-linux] Starting kde 4

I perform the changes, but the error still continue. Maybe my kdm from 
kde 3.5 isn't getting the right file. What's the right folder?
/usr/share/xessions or /usr/kde/3.5/share/apps/kdm/sessions

My KDE 3.5 is in /usr/kde/3.5/
My KDE 4.0 is in /usr/kde/4.0/

As David suggested:

export PATH=/usr/lib/kde4/bin:$PATH
export PATH=/usr/lib/qt4/bin:$PATH
export QTDIR=/usr/lib/qt4
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/kde/4.0/lib
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/lib/qt4
