[kde-linux] Konqueror Proxy Settings

Hi,

I have configured Konqueror to use a Proxy Server. Then I use some
exceptions, these are Host Adresses e.g. "192.168.200.1", but i will a
complete Network Range e.g. "192.168.200.0/24" in the exception List
from Konqueror. I have tested some versions like,

192.168.200
192.168.200.
192.168.200.0
192.168.200.0/24
192.168.200.0/255.255.255.0

but none of these Settings are working, the requests are going still
over the Proxy. How must the entry in the exception List look like,  ?
