kmail isn't working correctly. Now every time I check email, it leaves 9
more kio-pop3 process running. for instance right now I did a ps
-ef|grep pop3 and get this:
<SNIP a few lines>
cilla    16744  4631  0 07:21 ?        00:00:00 kio_pop3 [kdeinit] pop3
/tmp/ksocket-cilla/klauncherxI62Ba.slav
cilla    16745  4631  0 07:21 ?        00:00:00 kio_pop3 [kdeinit] pop3
/tmp/ksocket-cilla/klauncherxI62Ba.slav
cilla    16746  4631  0 07:21 ?        00:00:00 kio_pop3 [kdeinit] pop3
/tmp/ksocket-cilla/klauncherxI62Ba.slav
cilla    16747  4631  0 07:21 ?        00:00:00 kio_pop3 [kdeinit] pop3
/tmp/ksocket-cilla/klauncherxI62Ba.slav
pbc      16749  4763  0 07:21 pts/2    00:00:00 grep pop3
cilla    16750  4631  0 07:21 ?        00:00:00 kio_pop3 [kdeinit] pop3
/tmp/ksocket-cilla/klauncherxI62Ba.slav
pbc at Paulspc:/var/mail> ps -ef|grep pop3|wc -l
116
pbc at Paulspc:/var/mail>

I created a shell script to find and kill those processes, but
thunderbird doesn't do it, so I think it is kmail only.
