[kde-linux] some of KDE-3.5 won't do JPEGs [FIXED]

Something didn't rebuild correctly when I upgraded some libraries and my 
processor setting.  I found an unrelated problem in Qt and rebuilt it. 
Then when I rebuilt KDE against the new build of Qt, the problem went 
away.  I don't know the exact cause.
