[kde-linux] Konqueror question

Hi,
in some of my directories I have a file 'directory' with the lines

[URL properties]
IconSize=0

This tells konqueror to show nice tiny symobls so that I can see many 
lines in the main window.

Is there a possibility to tell konqueror to use this symbol size always?

I tried already to put these two lines in the file
   /home/leo/.kde3.5/share/config/konquerorrc
but without effect.

Any ideas welcome, thanks
