[kde-linux] Making konqueror's sidebar a default

Yea, I use that as super user too.  I never tried it as a regular user. 
So, I tried it just for you.  It opens the same as when as a super
user.  Only difference is that it loads to my user home directory
instead of root.

Not sure what else to try unless you want to borrow my sledge hammer.  :/
