[kde-linux] Making konqueror's sidebar a default

I want the sidebar to be displayed by default.  I've tried saving profiles, 
but that doesn't seem to be the answer.  I presume it could be added 
to/home/anne/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/profiles/filemanagement, but what 
command is needed?
