[kde-linux] Basket problem

I've no experience with basket, and am probably starting from the hard end :-)  
I've imported some notes made some time ago in Treepad.  Each note looks 
something like

Travel

www.fco.gov.uk/travel - Foreign and Commonwealth Office
www.whatsonwhen.com - events around the world
www.pti.org.uk - Public Transport Information

Is there any way of converting these to normal basket notes?
