[kde-linux] Disable menu options in kmenu

Hi,

We have custom KDE menu files for different KDE kiosk profiles.  I want
to make some menu items disabled (ie greyed out) in one menu file and
active in another.  I can't see any way of disabling menu items in the
menu file or .desktop files.  It appears to only be possible to delete
or hide the entry.  Is there any workaround I can use?
