Try <acute accent> + <c>.

Personally, I prefer relying on my spell checker. Since in
Catalan, French and Portuguese, words distinguished only by
the difference between <c> and <ç> are extremely rare (*), I
need almost never type <ç>; the spell checker does it for me.

(*) The only pair of this type I have ever seen is <trocar> ('to
    change') vs. <troçar> ('to mock', 'to jeer') in Portuguese.
