[kde-linux] Working directory for Konqueror "Open with...." set to home

Dear Matt,

I understand and confirm your testing result,

In the case where you want to unzip a file and specify which directory
to unzip it to you can right click and select Extract>Extract to....and
specify the directory you wish the
output file to be placed. Also you are probable aware depending on you
file associations the "Open with" command will present several different
applications to open the file depending on the file type. You can
certainly change the file associations but not the default directory as
you have demonstrated.

I hope the alternative of using Extract to will solve this particular
problem.
