[kde-linux] Retaining KMix custom settings

I needed to make several changes to the supplied default settings for KMix
in order to get all my programs to work as they should on my Debian Sarge
box.

And all of my programs work perfectly - until I shut down the computer and
reboot (which I do whenever a thunderstorm is close).

After a reboot, all my customs settings need to be restored manually.  Not
a great burden.  But if there is a way to let KDE do it for me, I would be
grateful to have it pointed out to me.  For the record, Sarge uses ALSA by
default; alsamixer, like KMix, returns to its default settings when the
system is rebooted.
