To my knowledge there is no all-in-one scientific LIVE CD available as
there are just too many applications There are some that cover certain
areas, though listed (for bioinformatic) here:

Look here for lists with major packages (some are available via Klik)

Probably you'll find a live CD via Google searching for Live cd and
the required package name(s).
