I found this password manager which can import Kwallet xml files and export to 
Kwallet.

It's for Linux and appears to be a port of another app written for Windows, 
found at 

http://keepass.sourceforge.net/

I had been searching for an app for the console and found two but they did not 
seem to work and they segfaulted.
