[kde-linux] tooltip Color on non-kde programs

Hi,

I've got this problem with color schemes: I want to run non-kde apps with my
current kde color scheme (dark blue slightly altered), but if my font color
is white, then tooltips on non-kde programs get to be white on light yellow.
Does anyone know a way to change this?
