[kde-linux] Arts crashing after upgrade to GCC 3.4.5

starting arsd in konsole yields:
benja at sleipnir ~ $ sudo artsd

It doesn't matter, if I try it using sudo or under my user-account. The 
output is nearly the same, only one additional line before the first 
output-line:
unix_connect: can't connect to server 
(unix:/tmp/ksocket-benja/localhost-5dd3-43fc4e7c)

On the first look, it looks like #121316, but the output is too different.
