[kde-linux] Fedora C2 and KDE

I recently installed Fedora Core 2, and found that Kmail was missing from the
distribution. I had been using Kmail under RedHat V9, so have lots of old
mail files that I want to keep.

o Is it reasonable to download and install Kmail?

o Or is the supplied Evolution mail client compatible with Kmail files?
  (I didn't install the Gnome Evolution pkg)

o I'm not very impressed with Fedora (C2 at least), is there another
   distribution that does a better job with KDE?
