I'm not completely sure, but I think that some powersave daemon must be
running, and KDE compiled with support for this. I use SuSE 10, and if
for some reason I accidently kill the powersaved process, the option no
longer exists. If I leave it, though, the 'Suspend Computer' option is
there. I don't think you need a patch, but I'm not sure.
