[kde-linux] KDE 3.5.1: Display Configuration

This turns out to be a non-issue.  nVidia supports the new update  
method used on SuSE Linux and is documented on the nVidia web site.   
Once the nVidia drivers are installed the problem with display  
resolution disappear.
