well, kommander scripts are another story :)
basically, these are xml-files, interpreted and executed by kmdr-executor, 
which must be installed of course.
there are afaik some conventions, such as to provide .info files for each 
script, maybe more.
best way to find out is surely to ask in the kommander list:
