[kde-linux] Installing KDE-3.5.2 from source on Debian - no working libxext

libxext-dev is installed, and the names seem to be case-insensitive. To 
renew my question: Do I have to install some special package to make 
libXext a working environment? Or, if not, can I tell kde that there IS 
a libXext-environment? Can I at least test whether libxext is working??
