[kde-linux] Can't fine X libraries!

Hello everyone!
I want to install the kdebase-3.4.2. But there is some
error info!
(1)error: Can't find X includes. Please check your
installation and add the correct paths!
Luckily, I add the parameter
"--x-includes=/usr/X11R6/include
--x-includes=/usr/X11R6/lib" and solve the problem.
But I also want to know why!
(2)error: Can't find X libraries. Please check your
installation and add the correct paths!
I can not find what parameter is required.
