[kde-linux] Building Application

I am trying to build an application for KDE called kdem.  I noticed in
the toplevel directory that the developer had a acinclude.m4 and an
aclocal.m4 from the KDE project.  Could someone tell me where the latest
versions of these are?  I need these files for autoconf version 2.59
which is what is on my FC4 system.
